Standard Terms & Conditions

- Service Area and Minimums: A Method for Your Madness primarily serves clients
within 60 minutes travel time of its administrative offices (located in the Northwest
Bronx, New York City). A four-hour minimum per daily consultation may be applicable
(usually when the travel time to the client exceeds 30 minutes).
- Billing Rate: Services are charged based on the applicable hourly rate, billed
in 1/4 hour increments. Travel time may be charged for consultations delivered
outside the primary service area.
- Expenses: Direct expenses of service, including parking and other transportation
charges, and any overnight charges, are the client's responsibility and will be
billed to the client at the time of service if not provided directly by the client.
- Payment: Clients are expected to render payment at the time of service unless
otherwise agreed in advance.
- Retainers: In some circumstances, A Method for Your Madness, LLC may request
a retainer before confirming appointments or providing services.
- Cancellation Policy: A Method for Your Madness, LLC requests 48 hours notice
of cancellation of any confirmed appointments.
- Service Providers: Upon clients request, A Method for Your Madness, LLC will
act as the client's agent with other service providers (movers, purchasers
of goods, carpenters, etc.). The client must contract directly with such service
providers and A Method for Your Madness, LLC cannot accept responsibility for
their actions or performance.
- Reasonable Care: A Method for Your Madness, LLC shall use reasonable care
in the performance of all of its duties. It shall not accept responsibility for
any damage to client's personal property that is not the direct result of its
gross negligence.
